3-30-01 Hutuk
is getting a new message board, the other people wanted $39.00 and I was not
going to pay that for one little message board, the new one is not as good as the last one but it will be free.
3-22-01 Ok
listen up HUTUK members, the national chief of the OA is going to attend our
conclave! Our lodge chief has promised to get at LEAST 100 members there, so I
expect all of you to be there. The Conclave is May
4-6, 2001 I am sure this will be brought up at the meeting
but just in case you miss it, now you know. Also I plan on having the minutes of
each meeting on the web site soon so keep looking for it. one more thing, if
you are having problems useing the menu, e-mail me or write on the message
board.
2-17-01 Hutuk's
message board is now up and running. If you are a member of
Hutuk, I ask that you check our message board regularly and add any interesting info
you
have there. If you are not a member please ask any questions or comments
you have at the Message Board, or e-mail me and I will
contact
you as soon as possible. (Foul language will not be accepted on
the message board)
2-12-01 This
month's meeting has been changed to February 14th at the 1st Baptist
Church at our regular time 7:30 pm. All other meetings will take
place on the first Wednesday of the month. We
will be working on plans for the Spring Camporee. The
Chapter is currently accepting nominations for 2001 OA membership. If your
units has not received a packet please email the Webmaster. All scouts who
have been nominated by their troops should plan on those scouts attending the
Callout at Spring Camporee. The first Ordeal date of the year is May 18-19
at Camp Emerson. All
new nominees are welcome to attending our Chapter meetings before they attend
Ordeal and are officially accepted into the Order of the
Arrow.
1-3-2001
Today was the first Meeting of the
new year and was very productive because we have good goals in sight. Andrew has
his OA information packets and will be contacting Scout Masters soon to ask for
Scout's looking to be an active member of the HUTUK Chapter.
12-15-00
With
the New Year fast approaching its time to begin the election process for
new Ordeal Candidate. Within the next few weeks Scoutmaster will
be contacted by members of the Chapter to schedule Election
presentation times. You will be contacted by our Second
Vice, Andrew.
